situating tool
ICT as a situating tool
Using graphical plot a line of graphs for the following questions
case1
y=2x+1
Y = -2x+1
Case 3
y=4x+1
Case4
y=4x+2
Case5
Y = 6x+2
Case6
Y = 6x+4
Case7
Y = 4x^2+4x+2
Case8
Y = -6x-4
Using geogebra
Case1
Y = bx+1
Case2
Y = -2x–2
Case3
Y = 2x+2
Case4
Y = mx+c
Case5
Y = 6x+6
Case6
Y = -6x-6
Create or design any 2d-shape using concept skills ,process skills, product skills using geogebra
Write down the positive utilities of the learning (value) particular of shapes that can be applied in the real world word context
Construction of the rectangle (four right angles)
Steps
Open geogebra fro, the destination source
Open GeoGebra and select the Segment between Two Points tool. Click two different locations on the Graphics View to create a segment AB. This will be one side of the rectangle.
Select the Perpendicular Line tool and click on segment AB and point A.
Repeat the previous step for point B.
Select the Move tool and drag the objects
Select the Point on Object tool and click on line c. This will create a point C on line c.
Select the Parallel Line tool and click on segment AB and point C.
Select the Intersect Two Objects tool and click on lines d and e.
Select the Polygon tool and click on points A, B, D, and C in that order. Then click on point A again to close the polygon.
Rectangles are used in many real-life situations, such as:
Laptops, mobile devices, books, windows, and doors are examples of rectangular-shaped objects
Rectangles can be used to measure the area and perimeter of a surface. For example, the area of a rectangle is the product of its length and width, and the perimeter is the sum of all its sides
Rectangles can be used to tile a plane or a larger rectangle without any gaps or overlaps. This is useful for flooring, wallpapering, or paving.
